What is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a highly effective
ground fighting style. It is an ideal
supplement to all other Martial Arts training.
It is a complete system of Self Defense that
works whether you are big and strong or of
small stature. It is founded on the principles
of leverage rather than power and strength.
What are the Benefits?
Unlike many Martial Arts Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
has little use for strikes, instead it relies on
chokes, arm locks and other submission
holds. This allows it to be practiced exactly
the way it would be in a real fight.
